Younghoe Koo stumped football pundits on Monday night when he stubbed his toes in a botched field goal attempt.

The New York Giants kicker was attempting a 47-yard field goal during the second quarter in the Monday Night Football game against the New England Patriots when the snap — and snafu – happened.

"I was approaching the ball and, cold weather, the ball kind of slipped out at the bottom so it was moving," Koo, 31, told reporters. "I wasn't able to kick through the ball. The ball was moving when I was driving to it, so I just pulled up on it."

The Giants' holder, Jamie Gillan, recovered the ball and tried to salvage the situation but he was tackled for a 13-yard loss on the unlikely play — all of which was not lost on onlookers.

"I have not seen that — ever!" Peyton Manning said on his and brother Eli Manning's ManningCast, observing that Yoo may have "tripped."

Eli agreed, as did their special guest Danny DeVito, who both shared that they had "never seen that."

Meanwhile, cameras caught Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart looking on from the sidelines in the aftermath.

"Oh my god," Dart, 22, mouthed, and then turned away from the field in seeming disgust.

The NFC team went on to lose 33-15 and drop to 2-11 on the year.

For Koo, the 2025 season has been one in which he's had to make adjustments.

The veteran kicker, who is known for his onside kicking acumen, was released from the Atlanta Falcons after missing a game-tying 43-yard field goal in week 1.

After six years with the Falcons, Koo was scooped up by the Giants where he was signed to the practice squad in September.

Named to the Pro Bowl in 2020, the South Korean kicker has made 185 of 215 (86%) kicks over his career.
