Nicholas Braun has entered a not guilty plea roughly two weeks after being arrested on suspicion of a DUI in New Hampshire.
The Succession actor, 37, entered his plea for a misdemeanor DUI charge and an operating without lights violation on Friday, Sept. 12, according to a New Hampshire case summary obtained by PEOPLE. An arraignment scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 16 has since been canceled, per the document.
As part of his bail conditions following the Aug. 30 arrest, Braun is ordered to refrain from "any use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substance," according to additional documents obtained by PEOPLE. Braun's trial will likely not take place until January.
A representative for Braun did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Monday, Sept. 15.

TMZ was the first to report the news.
Braun was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, with New Hampshire's Moultonborough Police Department sharing at the time that he was taken into custody on suspicion of "DUI-impairment" and operating his vehicle without lights.
TMZ reported at the time that he was released on his own recognizance from Carroll County jail without bail.
Braun notably appeared as Greg Hirsch in the HBO series during its five-year, four-season run. He scored three Primetime Emmy nominations for the role, as well as one Critics Choice nomination and two Screen Actors Guild awards. Succession wrapped its fourth season in May 2023, winning a total of 19 Emmys during its run.
Braun previously earned recognition for his work in '00s Disney films Sky High, Minutemen and Princess Protection Program, with some of his recent roles including portraying Andy Kaufman and Jim Henson in the 2024 film Saturday Night and as Matt the Mentalist in Splitsville, which premiered at Cannes Film Festival before a wide release earlier this month.
The actor caught up with PEOPLE back in October, when he revealed that he snagged a couple of "Greg suits" from the set of Succession and detailed his "last moment of bliss."
"My girlfriend's family has a cottage on Lake Michigan," he said of Hyunji Ward. "Whenever we go, there's no cell service, and we're just baking pies. I've actually learned how to make a crust, everything. I can do it all."

Braun went Instagram official with his girlfriend to celebrate her birthday on March 26, referring to her as his "sweet sweet DARLING of a girlfriend." "You make me my best self!! Like when you said that I could pull off this shirt full of forks. You were right," he wrote. "Love you dearly."
