Mariah Carey and Anderson .Paak have been rumored to be romantically involved since last December.

Now, the Elusive Chanteuse is adding fuel to the relationship speculation. She recently appeared on the *Baby, This Is Keke Palmer* podcast to discuss her career, new album, and a snippet of her personal life.

The Queen of Christmas shared that she met .Paak while working on her most recent album *Here for It All*, which was released on Sept. 26. The rapper-singer is featured on the track "Play This Song" on the LP.**

"I just felt that his style of music would really blend well with mine," Carey said.

When Palmer asked about the paparazzi photos of Carey and .Paak holding hands, the "Obsessed" singer played coy. The *Nope* actress pressed, asking if there was "a little love" between the two artists.

"Maybe a little love," Carey said. "Who knows?"

While the singer kept her cards close to her chest, she shared a little bit more affection than in some of her previous comments. She told Gayle King on *CBS Mornings* that .Paak was in "the hand-holding club," but declined to go into detail about their relationship.

"He just likes to hold my hand," she told King. "He just grabs my hand. I don't know what he's doing."

The collaborators were first spotted cuddling up to each other during a trip to Aspen around Christmastime in 2024. The *Silk Sonic* member, who contributed to the production of the new Carey album, celebrated the release of *Here for It All *on his Instagram.

"Thank you for letting me be a part of your epic journey," he shared. "I'm forever grateful and truly humbled."

Carey and .Paak recently performed "Play This Song" on *The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. *They also starred in the flirty music video for the track together, fueling fan speculation over their relationship.
