Smokey Robinson is now facing two new allegations of sexual assault as new accusers have filed to be added as plaintiffs to the $50 million lawsuit previously filed by the singer's former housekeepers in May.

Motions obtained by ** on Wednesday requested the addition of two new accusers — John Doe 1 and Jane Doe 5 — to the complaint filed by four former housekeepers who all allege that during their time working as Robinson's housekeepers, the "Tears of a Clown" singer sexually assaulted each of them multiple times. The plaintiffs also named Robinson's wife, Frances Robinson, as a defendant, claiming she "perpetuated a hostile work environment" and failed to protect them.**

According to the amended complaint, John Doe 1 claims he began working for Robinson and his wife at their Chatsworth residence in 2013, performing automobile detailing and related services on a recurring basis. He alleges that the 85-year-old began sexually harassing him shortly after he was hired, often coming out to where John Doe 1 was working, wearing only underwear, and allegedly inappropriately touching himself.

John Doe 1 alleges that the "sexual arousal was vivid and unmistakable during these incidents," and accompanied by "vulgar and offensive advances," to which the ex-employee would allegedly respond by telling Robinson to "put some clothes on," per the suit.

John Doe 1 claims that his services were terminated shortly after Robinson allegedly grabbed his hand and attempted to force it "onto his erect penis." John Doe 1 allegedly withdrew, turned away, and left the property after the incident.

He further claims that Frances requested his services again in 2023, but when he returned, Robinson's alleged behavior continued. "As a direct result of Defendant Robinson's repeated sexual harassment, indecent exposure, and unwanted physical contact, John Doe 1 experienced humiliation, emotional distress, and ongoing fear for his safety and dignity," the court documents reads.

John Doe 1 alleges that he quit again after "learning of similar conduct toward other victims and out of concern for his own well-being."**

Elsewhere in the complaint, Jane Doe 5 claims that she began working for the Robinsons as a housekeeper in 2005. The alleged sexual harassment from Robinson didn't begin until after she returned from a leave of absence due to a work-related injury in 2007.

Jane Doe 5 alleges that Robinson began sexually harassing her a couple of months after she returned to work and continued to do so until she left in 2011. She alleges the sexual harassment often occurred in the second-floor bathroom of the home, where Robinson would allegedly summon her to while he was showering or getting ready to exit the shower. The singer would then allegedly ask her to enter and scrub his back.**

The complaint claims that "on more than 10 occasions," Robinson allegedly grabbed her hand and attempted to force her to touch his private area, which Jane Doe 5 claims she resisted by pushing his hands away and leaving the bathroom.**

Jane Doe 5 also alleges that Robinson would often walk around the house naked and rub his elbow against her chest as he passed her. "As a direct result of the repeated sexual harassment and unwanted touching of her chest, JD5 became so traumatized and uncomfortable that she underwent breast reduction surgery in February 2015," the complaint reads.

Jane Doe 5 claims that Robinson would often say, "I like you and want to touch all of you," and would ask her to have sex with him, offering, "Ask for whatever you want so you can be with me."**

He also once allegedly propositioned her to accompany him to a nearby hotel, per the suit.**

The ex-housekeeper alleges that Frances was aware of her husband's behavior but failed to intervene. Jane Doe 5 also claims that Frances regularly yelled at her, often using "ethnically pejorative language," and accusing her for the loss of various missing items.

"We commend these two courageous survivors for stepping forward and adding their voices to this case," John W. Harris, attorney for the plaintiffs, told EW in a statement. "We look forward to advocating for them vigorously as they pursue the justice they deserve."

Robinson has denied the allegations.**

In response to these new accusations, Robinson's attorney, Christopher Frost, told EW: "These plaintiffs are part of the same group of people who have conspired together against the Robinsons and are layering out their claims for maximum adverse publicity."

"We have already explained in the Robinsons' lawsuit against this group for defamation, civil conspiracy and elder abuse that, all along, this has been an organized, avaricious campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend," Frost continued. "This group of people, who hide behind anonymity, and their attorneys seek global publicity while making the ugliest of false allegations. We have sought the Court's intervention multiple times to require these anonymous individuals to divulge essential information, turn over relevant evidence, and to share deposition transcripts with the District Attorney."

Frost added, "For obvious reasons, this group of Does and their attorneys refuse to be forthcoming with all the evidence possible to investigate their own claims. Once the public can see the truth, their avaricious motives and fabricated claims will be revealed."

The legendary Motown singer is being criminally investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department following the lawsuit's filing in May. "The investigation is in the early stages," the Sheriff's Department announced in a statement shared with EW at the time.**
