A teenager was brutally stomped on by an unknown man after throwing Play-Doh at his car. Julian Torres, 13, had been playing with the modeling toy with his friends in Three Oaks, Florida, when the incident unfolded. According to Torres, one of his friends threw a piece at a nearby road, which struck a car. Footage then showed the occupant of the vehicle, a man who has not yet been identified, stomping on Torres after U-turning and coming back to the teens.
