Kourtney Kardashian Looks Nearly Unrecognizable With Her Shortest and Lightest Hair in Years

Kourtney Kardashian showed off her shortest and lightest hair in years on Halloween.
The reality star and her husband Travis Barker channeled Elvira Hancock and Tony Montana from Scarface.
Kardashian last briefly sported platinum blonde bob in 2023.
Kourtney Kardashian looked almost unrecognizable as she transformed into an iconic screen siren for Halloween. In a photoshoot shared on October 31, the reality star had fans doing a double take as she unveiled her shortest and lightest hair in years in a nod to Scarface.

“The eyes, Chico. They never lie,” Kardashian captioned her photo dump, quoting Al Pacino’s character Tony Montana. The 47-year-old star swapped out her signature long black hair and piecey bangs for a platinum blonde bob complete with blunt bangs in an ode to Michelle Pfeiffer’s character Elvira Hancock.
As she posed with her husband Travis Barker, who channeled Montana with a black wig over his bald head, black sunglasses, and a large cigar, Kardashian showed off two different mob wife-coded looks.

The Kardashians star could be seen wearing a fluffy white fur coat as she held a cigarette in the tiger-printed interior of a butter yellow vintage convertible. She later showed off a plunging teal blue dress with a large chest cutout underneath, which she paired with a matching sapphire necklace.
In other photos, Kardashian could be seen wearing a white skirt suit with a dramatic thigh-high slit, a large wide-brimmed white hat, black sunglasses, and white pointed-toe slingback heels.

Barker, who showed off some PDA by resting his hand on his wife’s butt, opted for a cream pinstripe suit and an unbuttoned red collared dress shirt. The Blink-182 drummer later posed in a light gray suit worn with a matching vest and a white collared shirt as he sat with Kardashian on a couch.
Kardashian’s long back hair has been her calling card for decades, but she subtly remixed the signature style with blunt bangs in September 2025. The mom-of-four—who shares kids Mason, 16; Penelope, 14; and Reign, 11, with ex Scott Disick, as well as son Rocky, 2, with Barker—also briefly took a walk on the blonde side, sporting a sleek platinum blonde bob in 2023.
