A stunning Miami mansion previously owned by a Russian oligarch who died under mysterious circumstances in 2022 has been sold for $14.82 million. The Fisher Island home of real estate tycoon Dmitry Zelenov has been bought by Lewis Swezy, who is described by the Real Deal as 'south Florida's lowest-profile developer'. Zelenov died in the French town of Antibes in December 2022 at the age of 50 after allegedly falling ill and hitting his head while tumbling over a railing.
