Killer husband forced to listen to searing courtroom rant by stricken mother-in-law
A killer husband was forced to listen to his mother-in-law's searing courtroom statement after he was sentenced to life for murdering her daughter. Spencer Moen, 32, was sentenced to life on Monday for the August 2023 death of his wife, Sonja Moen, 30. Many of her family members took to the stand to give victim impact statements, including her mother, Kristin Scofield, who said she wouldn't be able to forgive Moen for the 'life long trauma' he gave them.
