Shari Franke is turning a new page as she prepares to head down the aisle. The oldest daughter of "mommy vlogger" Ruby Franke, who was convicted last year of child abuse, revealed on Instagram on Saturday, Dec. 28 that she is engaged. "I'm excited to share that I'm engaged!" Shari wrote alongside a photo of herself holding out her left hand to show off her pear-shaped diamond engagement ring in front of the snow.
